Get up, get dressed and make bed.
Brush teeth, wash face, comb hair, use toilet.
Eat breakfast (weetbix and light soy milk)
Have my medication and supplements (I mainly suffer from two health conditions; high cholesterol and a mental illness. I am also a vegan. )
Make 2-3 cups of French Earl Grey and matcha tea.
Check email and Facebook.
Read my diary to organise my day.
Undertake one of these usual activities:
1. Teach myself medicine, particularly focusing on cardiovascular disease prevention and mental health.
2. Learn about music theory and to play the ukulele, guitar and keyboard.
3. Work on my websites.
Schedule physical exercise (aerobic, strength, balanceand flexibility)
Make and eat lunch.
I eat low fat, plant-based homecooked meals.
I recommend two doctors whose health books I follow: Dr Dean Ornish and Dr Caldwell B. Esselstyn, Jr.
Wash up lunch, listen to music, watch TV or surf the internet.
I also daydream about becoming a writer.
30 minutes of nap.
I go for a walk outside and walk to the local supermarket to buy groceries.
Come back and shower.
Relax and learn more about whatever interests me.
Cook dinner; usually steamed vegetables, tofu and wholemeal bread or brown rice. Have a piece of fruit.
Wash up dinner.
Talk to or spend time with my boyfriend, family or friends.
Check the TV guide for what is on tonight.
Watch a good documentary or movie.
Retire to my bedroom, turn on the radio and read my current favourite book.
Relax and prepare to sleep.
Have my medication.
Go to bed.
